Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should have 5 years+ working in a fast paced civil litigation firm. Heavy litigation and trial preparation is a must. Plaintiff's personal injury experience preferred. Must be able to handle a heavy litigation case load. Strong understanding of all state and local rules and deadlines. Knowledge of eFiling and state/local requirements. Propound and respond to discovery. Ability to draft all litigation pleadings such as complaints, oppositions, motion, stipulations, declarations, etc. Handle all admin litigation communications in a timely and prompt manner. Manage cases from inception to trial. Maintain attorney calendars and stay on top of all deadlines. Calculate deadlines and manage litigation calendar. Prepare trial documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent organizational skills. Management skills preferred.
