As a candidate, you should have a minimum of three years' experience and a demonstrated interest in health law, with a focus on areas such as general healthcare regulatory and compliance, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, medical staff, healthcare contracting, HIPAA, or telemedicine. Strong legal writing, contract drafting, and oral communication skills are essential to this role, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.

The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $225,000 to $350,000 and in California is $225,000 to $350,000. The actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a bonus and health insurance, including an optional HSA, as well as other benefits such as short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. We also offer a 401(k) plan, vacation and sick time, 10 paid holidays per year, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick leave per year and typically take three weeks of vacation time.
