- Job Title: Senior Associate – General Litigation / Professional Liability

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse case load in general litigation and professional liability
- Draft pleadings, written discovery, motions, and other litigation documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
- Conduct legal research and produce high-quality work
- Multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Participate in mediations and arbitrations
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in New York (dual licensure with PA and/or NJ desirable)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil litigation
- Prior professional liability experience is a plus
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues
