This small law firm specializes in estate planning, probate, and adult guardianships, and is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with document preparation, management, scheduling, and other office duties. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office and some basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as prior office or accounting experience. Prior experience with litigation and QuickBooks would also be helpful, but not required. The firm is willing to train a candidate who shows promise as a quick learner and good with people. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 to $95,000 per year, and the firm also offers a 401(k) plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and assist with document management
- Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings
- Handle simple bookkeeping tasks
- File court documents and communicate with banks and title companies
- Assist with transitions of ownership of accounts and properties
- Perform general office duties as needed

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $50,000 to $95,000 per year
- Median salary: $73,000 per year

Job Requirements:
