Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range from $75,000 – $150,000 base, with potential incentives up to $200,000+

Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective clients to evaluate potential cases, providing compassionate counsel in both English and Spanish.
Conduct thorough investigations to build strong cases.

Collaborate with attorneys and firm management on caseload and strategy.
Make yourself available to prospective clients outside regular hours.

Requirements:

1-10+ years of personal injury experience.
Excellent communication and client counseling skills in both English and Spanish.
