Position Overview:
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding delinquent accounts, preparing and sending collection emails, negotiating payment plans, and resolving problems by coordinating with billing and handling attorneys. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in collections and accounts receivable, preferably at a law firm
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively interact with attorneys and clients of various backgrounds and levels of responsibility
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; knowledge of legal billing systems preferred
- Some college experience in accounting is preferred

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
