Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and third parties
- Analyze and negotiate agreements to identify potential risk and exposure for the firm
- Collaborate with General Counsel on developing and implementing legal processes and systems
- Manage the firm's response to subpoenas and monitor laws impacting the profession
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- . from an accredited law school with 6-8 years of law firm experience, preferably with litigation or in-house experience
- Admission to state bar in good standing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects independently
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management software
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $150,000-$200,000, based on role, location, and individual qualifications
