Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the use of technology to achieve marketing and business development objectives, enhance client engagement, and streamline internal processes.
Create and manage project plans, track progress, and address obstacles to ensure project success.
Manage the annual firm marketing budget, identify issues and variances, and provide strategic recommendations.
Coordinate central department responsibility workflows and make recommendations for staffing and resource allocation.
Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the CRM platform and oversee implementation of the chosen solution.
Serve as an administrator for the firm’s website and identify and phase out outdated or underutilized technology platforms.
Lead the creation and updating of the department’s operations manual to ensure clarity and consistency in processes.
Review contracts, manage RFPs, and implement changes or enhancements as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
8+ years of experience working in a professional services setting.
Strong project management, analytical, and teamwork skills.
A strong leader and critical thinker with experience in team management.
Excellent business acumen and ability to understand the link between marketing activities and overall business goals.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Deep understanding of marketing technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at an executive level and in technical detail when needed.
