Job Title: Internet Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research to identify potentially infringing or problematic content on the internet, including websites, blogs, social media, and mobile devices.
- Review and utilize various databases, including Salesforce, to manage client information and monitor deadlines.
- Draft and issue cease and desist letters and notices of infringement as necessary.
- Prepare and generate reports in Word and Excel for client meetings and other purposes.
- Perform various administrative and legal projects as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Extensive familiarity with online auctions, online research, and general internet-based business is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Candidates must be highly detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- The ability to prioritize work, meet fast turnaround deadlines, and multitask effectively is important.
- Candidates should be reliable, dependable team players with the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- The ability to work neatly and accurately in a fast-paced environment and under pressure is necessary.
Salary Information:
- The pay range for this position in Atlanta is to per hour.
- The pay range for this position in Los Angeles is to per hour.
