Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should be a Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking. Should have 2 years experience in Plaintiff's PERSONAL INJURY. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented and organized, and be confident and comfortable maintaining and managing a case load. Responsibilities will include preparation of pre-litigation work such as no-fault applications, notice of claims, obtaining and reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings and discovery responses and demands. Proficient in Word, Outlook and ability to learn our Case Mgmt. System required. 2 year of experience preferred. Spanish required.
