Paralegal The candidate will be communicating effectively with past, current, and potential clients. Navigating all aspects of the discovery process, from drafting initial disclosures to organizing financial information to preparing for trial. Drafting communications and pleadings. Working with statewide and county financial forms. Lending an empathetic ear whenever needed. Must have 3+ years of family law paralegal experience and must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft, spreadsheets, and time entry software. An understanding of court procedures and local rules is also critical to the position. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and manage time and work independently and problem solving are needed. A positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic, along with a critical eye for detail and killer organizational skills are needed.
