Employment Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform legal work as requested by attorneys. Prepare pleadings, including but not limited to complaints, motions, arbitration statements, and trial memos. Maintain exceptional communication with firm clients. Should have 5+ years of experience in Plaintiff Labor and Employment Law. Should have proficiency in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Labor and Employment Law; proficiency with New Jersey Rules of Court; proficiency in E-filing both New Jersey and Pennsylvania pleadings. Should have strong communication skills; commitment to client service; ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills; attention to detail; computer proficiency.
