ALAW, a nationwide law firm specializing in providing efficient and effective legal representation to financial institutions, is seeking a Multi-State Residential Title Examiner with 2+ years of experience. This position offers a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct national title examinations for real property
- Review title grade sheets for completeness
- Analyze and abstract deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, and other relevant documents
- Verify ownership and encumbrances of real property
- Prepare professional reports and review for accuracy
- Prepare accurate title policies

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years of title experience
- Multiple state experience preferred, no title license required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of real estate title concepts
- Familiarity with legal documents and their impact on property titles
- Foreclosure title experience is a plus
- Proficiency with title insurance commitment and policy formats and related procedures
- Familiarity with ATIDS, Data Trace/Data Tree, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of sectional and metes and bounds legal descriptions
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
