Wilson Sonsini's Corporate practice is looking for an experienced associate with a background in transactional law and a strong understanding of blockchain technology and markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience working with crypto and web3 companies on various transactions, including venture capital financings, crypto token issuances, and offshore structure creation. This role offers a competitive salary range of $260,000 - $390,000, based on years of experience, with opportunities for discretionary merit bonuses.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Advise clients in the technology and growth industries on a wide range of transactions, including venture capital financings, crypto token issuances, and offshore structure creation
- Work with clients at all stages of development, from seed-stage start-ups to large private and publicly traded companies
- Stay up-to-date on emerging and disruptive technologies, including fintech, artificial intelligence, digital media and entertainment, and more

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of transactional experience in a law firm setting
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and markets
- Familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues surrounding crypto tokens is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
