Litigation Attorney The candidate' must be an experienced, self-motivated Litigation Attorney for office. Will be serving as part of the firm's pre-litigation team while working with other attorneys and staff members to provide world-class service to our clients. Duties may include any of the following: Reviewing and monitoring cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service. Handling escalated calls that require attorney communication. Performing settlement meetings. Answering questions and providing legal guidance to pre-lit staff. Monitor and manage department to ensure metrics are achieved. Strategizing for ways to improve value of cases for clients. Communicating with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust. Should have JD from an ABA accredited law school; Must be licensed NC attorney or able to obtain NC licensure; Should be Fluent in written and spoken Spanish. Should have Five to seven years plaintiff or defense personal injury practice experience.
