Position Summary:
- Seeking an experienced attorney in commercial litigation

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial and construction law issues
- Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Manage case files and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters
- Stay current on legal developments affecting clients and industries served by the firm

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar
- 3-10 years of experience in litigation (experience in construction law preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in commercial and/or construction law
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
