Job Title: Labor & Employment Counsel

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in employment or labor law
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and develop employment policies and procedures
- Manage sensitive projects including organizational changes and policy reviews
- Handle internal investigations and manage outside counsel for employment litigation and other matters
- Deliver training on employment and compliance topics to various stakeholders
Requirements:
- . degree and membership in good standing in one state bar is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in employment law, labor law, and/or compliance investigations
- Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Prior in-house experience and knowledge of international employment matters are a plus
Day In The Life:
- Provide proactive legal advice on global employment law issues
- Support review, drafting, and development of policies and procedures
- Manage outside counsel on various matters
- Conduct and advise on internal investigations
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and deliver training to stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 20%
