Attorney The candidate will within the Initial Consultant Team manage incoming calls. Identify and assess customers legal issues and document our proprietary software. Review documents on behalf of clients. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a telephone relationship. Should have a Juris Doctor Degree plus Georgia State Bar admission. Experience preferably in Family Law, Criminal Law, Transactional Law, Estate Planning, Landlord/Tennant, Consumer Rights, Employment. Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and personal service orientation. Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a collaborative atmosphere. Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
