Commercial/Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: Assessing and preparing contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents. Reviewing lending requirements, title commitments, title objection letters and title exception documents. Facilitating communication between sellers, purchasers, property owners, landlords, clients, and attorneys. Conducting research and distributing real estate documents. Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of property. Documenting processes, as well as maintaining hard copy files and electronic records. Answering client questions and escalating concerns to supervising attorneys when appropriate. Keeping clients informed of the progress and status of real estate transactions and deadlines. Drafting and revising legal documents in an accurate and timely manner. Working closely with attorneys in each step of real estate transaction and completing tasks with limited supervision. Calendaring and updating deadlines related to real estate transactions.

Qualifications: Must have 2 to 5 years' experience as a real estate paralegal. Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, including contracts, closing documents and lease agreements. Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
