Candidate will be able to manage multiple clients and effectively cope with the career’s intrinsic stress. Must have 2+ years' experience in family law. Must be organized and able to effectively manage their time. Must be honest, hard-working and motivated. Must have a full understanding of Family Law, including Dissolution of Marriage, child custody issues, child and/or spousal support issues, etc. Must have the ability, experience and knowledge to confidently attend/handle court appearances on their own; have complex legal research experience; demonstrate investigative skills; an excellent and effective writing ability; have the ability to effectively propound and respond to discovery; have the ability to attend and take depositions; and, must possess the knowledge and experience to prepare forms and draft pleadings.
