Paralegal - Workers' Compensation The candidate responsibilities include: drafting pleadings, requesting medical records, preparing for Hearings, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, summarizing legal and medical records, organizing files and incoming documents, and other administrative tasks. Previous experience using CLIO case management software preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Ability to work remotely essential. Access to secure high speed internet also required.
