At Law Firm, we are seeking a talented and experienced M&A associate to join our elite team. We specialize in working on some of the most exciting transactions in the technology and life sciences space, and we are looking for a candidate with 6-8 years of relevant experience in public and private company M&A. This is not a general corporate role - we are specifically seeking a full-time M&A associate.
As an M&A associate with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions with cutting-edge companies. We are looking for a candidate with experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, including drafting definitive agreements and leading all other aspects of a strategic transaction. This includes supervising more junior M&A associates, coordinating with subject matter experts, and managing the client relationship and negotiations with transaction counterparties.
We value superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience, as well as excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M&A transactions and a proven track record of success in this area. We offer a competitive salary range of $390,000 - $435,000, based on year classification, with potential for discretionary merit bonuses.
