Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and draft a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Provide legal counsel on marketing contracts and initiatives, ensuring compliance with advertising laws and intellectual property rights
- Collaborate with business teams to structure and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Advise on corporate legal matters, including governance, compliance, and risk management
- Monitor and interpret data privacy and security laws and implement necessary policies and procedures for compliance
- Manage external law firm relationships and workflows

Requirements:

- . from a nationally recognized law school and active membership in at least one state bar
- 5+ years of combined experience in a law firm and in-house legal department
- Deep knowledge of commercial contract law, corporate governance, and privacy laws
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Excellent communication skills
