Marketing Intern Job Description:

The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a top law firm in the Orlando metro area, is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Team and support our Legal departments. This is an entry level position with a focus on administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the marketing leadership team to assist with various projects
- Pack items for events and research venues and caterers
- Manage set-up and tear-down operations
- Transfer paper reports into computer files
- Assemble marketing materials, including folders and swag bags

Requirements:

- Good understanding of office management and customer service

- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in MS Office, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Suite, etc.)

- Availability to work nights and weekends, as needed
