- This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the US firm leadership team.
- The Director will lead and develop recruitment support structures to attract and successfully recruit lateral partners in alignment with the firm's growth strategy.
- This role will also oversee all partner hiring in the US region from initial engagement to offer management.
- The position can be based in any of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.' US offices, with a preference for New York or Washington, DC.
- The Director will define, develop, and lead implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures for partner, lateral, and summer associate recruitment.
- They will also collaborate with various departments within the firm, such as Conflicts, HR, and DEI, to ensure a successful recruitment process.
- The Director will manage and develop the recruitment team and oversee budget requirements for all recruitment initiatives.
- They will stay up-to-date on current recruitment trends and make recommendations for new processes and policies.
- This role will also serve as a key advisor to US leadership on all recruitment matters.
- The Director will work closely with search firms and the DEI team to support the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in strategic recruitment leadership roles in a professional services organization, with a strong track record in partner recruitment.
- They will have experience with student recruiting and a strong network of relationships with outside search firms.
