Our law firm is currently seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Las Vegas.

Remote Position with Generous Benefits and Competitive Salary

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a hybrid or remote position for our Senior Personal Injury Attorney. Our competitive salary range of $200,000-$250,000 is dependent on experience and includes bonuses based on performance and tracking of settlements.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in Nevada State
- 5+ years of experience prosecuting personal injury claims in Nevada
- Strong experience with all aspects of personal injury litigation in both Federal and Nevada Supreme Court

Skills:

- Excellent computer and research skills
- Ability to produce professional written work product, including briefs, memos, motions, and attorney letters
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to evaluate medical causation and interact with medical professionals
- Familiarity with Nevada discovery rules
- Experience conducting hearings, depositions, trials, and court conferences
- Strong negotiation skills for settlement discussions and ADR forums
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, doctors, and third parties
