Job Description:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with firm members and clients to determine and modify case strategies, collect evidence, and guide clients through probate, trust, and conservatorship administration and litigation matters. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting memos and briefs, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and handling bench trials.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must be an active member of the California State Bar in good standing with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also possess strong communication, research, and writing skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Suite is also required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is $103,983 – $206,815, with the potential for growth and advancement. We also offer a generous bonus program and benefits package, including gold-level medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.
