Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation and transactional matters
- Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Prepare and draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines
- Answer ,000 per year
