This role will support the General Counsel and Legal Director, as well as the Legal, Compliance, and Privacy team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in legal operations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
The Executive Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, and Privacy team and executives, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. They will also assist with meeting coordination, maintaining legal reference documentation, and organizing and managing data. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, and Privacy team and executives
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for the General Counsel and Legal Director
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives and attorneys
- Coordinate meetings and manage data for the Joint Venture Excellence Committee
- Receive Service of Process and provide data to in-house counsel or paralegal
- Vetting Corporate Contributions and Memberships requests
- Format and mail correspondence
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
- Collect updates and draft monthly LCP newsletters
- Update and maintain legal reference documentation on the intranet
- File corporate governance documentation
- Monitor annual subscriptions and assist attorneys with renewals
- Collaborate with other internal departments and handle information requests
- Maintain discretion while handling confidential material
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations (law firm or corporate)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand complex issues and explain them clearly
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong project management skills
- Experience supporting VP+ level and remote workers
- Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft products, . Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel
- Proximity to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office is preferred
