Job Title: Medical Malpractice Attorney
Location: Macomb, MI
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in medical malpractice litigation

Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing caseload from day one
- Bring your litigation expertise to our clients' cases
- Work with some of the most complex and impactful medical malpractice cases in the field
- Conduct research, writing, and oral advocacy
- Understand medical terminology and healthcare standards of care
- Conduct depositions and expert witness examinations
- Manage complex litigation through trial

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in medical malpractice litigation
- Proven track record of success
- Outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Exceptional understanding of medical terminology and healthcare standards of care
- Strong deposition and expert witness examination experience
- Ability to manage complex litigation through trial
