Attorney The candidate will be involved in pending cases in state and federal courts throughout California, from inception through resolution. Responsibilities will include: propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and briefs, attending court hearings, drafting correspondence, evaluating liability, and meeting with clients, insurance professionals and experts.
