Job Title: Real Estate Attorney (Partner or Associate)
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm, specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy, and Creditors’ Rights, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its dynamic transactional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and a keen interest in working on high-profile real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage negotiations for a variety of real estate transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and development agreements.
  • Prepare and review financing documents, cell tower leases, and deeds.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance related to real estate law matters.
  • Handle issues related to mortgage foreclosures and trustee’s sales.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring legal documents and agreements align with their needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex real estate documents.
  • Familiarity with mortgage foreclosures and trustee’s sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to transfer).

Skills:

  • Expertise in real estate law and legal documentation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal situations and provide actionable solutions.
