Job Overview:
A prominent law firm, specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy, and Creditors’ Rights, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its dynamic transactional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and a keen interest in working on high-profile real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage negotiations for a variety of real estate transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and development agreements.
- Prepare and review financing documents, cell tower leases, and deeds.
- Provide legal advice and guidance related to real estate law matters.
- Handle issues related to mortgage foreclosures and trustee’s sales.
- Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring legal documents and agreements align with their needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate law.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex real estate documents.
- Familiarity with mortgage foreclosures and trustee’s sales.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active Bar membership in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to transfer).
