This is a great opportunity for someone with strong M&A skills to join our team and work with clients who have sophisticated needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements.

- 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Strong M&A skills

Our annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000, but the final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
