We are currently seeking a Wealth Strategies Advisor to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will serve as a specialized resource for Advisor teams, providing wealth planning services for high- and ultra-high net worth clients. You will be responsible for building relationships with Advisor teams, clients, prospects, and centers of influence, performing technical analyses, and developing planning strategies that align with the bank's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the wealth planning engagement process with clients from start to finish
- Collaborate with Wealth Strategy Specialists and/or Wealth Strategy Analysts to gather information, run analyses, and develop planning solutions
- Develop holistic, integrated planning strategies for clients with a focus on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s ability to implement those strategies with clients' Advisors
- Expand existing client relationships and assist Advisors in new business opportunities with high- or ultra-high net worth clients and prospects interested in wealth planning
- Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge across a broad range of wealth planning topics
- Stay up-to-date with major developments in trust, estate/wealth transfer, and financial planning
- Build a network with local centers of influence to create a business referral network of clients who would benefit from the bank's services

Qualifications:

- Ability to gain client's respect and trust by listening to their goals and building effective strategies to achieve them
- Advanced understanding of a wide range of subject matters including taxation, investments, and cash flow modeling
- Advanced understanding of the transfer tax system and core tax savings strategies
- Expand existing client relationships, assist advisors in new sales, and represent the firm in the marketplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Wealth Strategy stochastic models and planning software
- Minimum 7 years of planning-related work experience, JD, CPA, or CFP desired, LLM, MST, MBA (or in progress) a plus

Pay and Benefits Information:

Pay Range: $129, - $281, annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set

Discretionary Incentive Eligible: This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan, with potential for an annual discretionary award based on individual performance, line of business and/or group performance, and overall company success.
