Job Description
As a Senior Family Law Attorney, your primary duties will include meeting with clients, drafting legal documents, conducting research, making court appearances, arguing motions, and participating in trials. You will also be responsible for interviewing witnesses, negotiating settlements, and handling family law cases as well as other activities requested by the partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent client service skills, and a desire to be actively involved in all aspects of family law cases.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a licensed California attorney
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a licensed attorney
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Exemplary client service skills
- Ability to make court appearances, argue motions, and participate in hearings
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure
- Courtroom experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits
