Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a federal savings bank, is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join their team in San Diego, California. This role is responsible for the administration and management of trust accounts, investment management, and retirement accounts for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related work experience in client relations, legal documents, and/or financial planning. They should also have a strong understanding of fiduciary duties and responsibilities, investment products and services, and investment markets and portfolio management. This position offers a competitive salary range of $82, - $110, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities:
- Business development and account management, including representing the company in direct contact with customers and other related parties
- Development of external leads through solicitation of attorneys, accountants, and other centers of influence
- Knowledge of fiduciary products and services, including personal trusts, living trusts, wills, investment management, and estate planning
- Understanding of California probate code and periodic review of trust accounting software
- Update and maintain account inventory values, assets, and relationship information
- Initiate or approve payments or receipts to/from client accounts in accordance with governing documents
- Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Meet regularly with clients to understand their financial needs and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, preferably in banking, financial industry, or related field
- CFP, CTFA, or paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience working with high net worth clients
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
