Law Firm Seeks Traditional Labor Associate with 3-7 years of experience in Multi-Office/National setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on interesting and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys in the Labor Management Relations Department
- Handle traditional labor matters such as NLRB hearings, collective bargaining, and labor arbitration proceedings
- Manage discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, EEOC matters, and wage hour matters
- Take responsibility for routine and complex matters with minimal supervision
- Think outside the box and find practical solutions to complex problems
- Provide strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent academic credentials
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of management side experience in traditional labor matters
- Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and other labor union matters
- Experience in discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, EEOC matters, and wage hour matters
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be licensed in the state of residence

Salary Information:
- Salary range of $240,000 to $320,000
- Pay based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs
