- Advanced degree, JD, or specialized training in labor/employee relations preferred
- Leadership experience in distribution, logistics, and/or transportation industries desired
- Experience building and launching programs to improve employee engagement
- Analytical skills and ability to use metrics to drive improvements in employee experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage through ambiguity and change
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when necessary
