Here at our law firm, we are seeking one or more experienced patent attorneys to join our team and assist with patent preparation, prosecution, drafting opinions, IP diligence, and strategic IP business counseling. The ideal candidates will have experience in all stages of patent preparation and prosecution, including drafting original applications, foreign filings, responding to official actions, and appeals. Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in patent law
- Strong understanding of all stages of patent preparation and prosecution
- Ability to draft original patent applications, respond to official actions, and handle appeals
- Experience in conducting IP diligence and providing strategic IP business counseling
- Excellent networking and marketing skills
- Passion for intellectual property law and a desire to continuously grow and learn
- Eligibility for waiver into Iowa or willingness to sit for the next bar exam (for candidates not currently licensed in Iowa)
- Remote flexibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis
