At **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Counsel to join our global Commercial Legal team in San Francisco. As Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and contributing to business and legal initiatives globally. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice to various commercial functions globally
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Contribute to business and legal initiatives, including implementing regulatory requirements in commercial agreements
- Drive legal automation efforts to improve efficiency in the contracting process
- Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the company
- Participate in training for sales and commercial colleagues globally
Requirements:
- 4+ years of legal experience
- Strong experience in commercial contracting and/or transactional work
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in different jurisdictions
- Team player with strong people skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
- Experience educating others on complex ideas
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- Willingness to travel to other offices
- Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
- Attorney in good standing with California or New York Bar
Salary: $160,000 - $212,500 annually
