Responsibilities

As a Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney, you will handle a heavy and complex case load involving slip and fall accidents, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bites, and other cases in and around Charleston and the Low Country. Your responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Drafting and filing of legal documents
- Guiding clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses
- Attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association (SC required)
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-motivation and a drive for long-term career success
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a generous and competitive compensation package for this position, including a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees/bonuses (uncapped).
