This is a full-time, regular position with a competitive salary range of USD $119, - $182,, available in multiple locations including New York, Washington DC, Richmond, Baltimore, Charlotte, Tysons, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage and supervise Corporate Paralegals, Case Assistants, and Legal Support employees
- Coordinate work assignments and monitor utilization of corporate paralegals and case assistants
- Develop and administer training and development programs for paralegals and legal support
- Maintain program documents, training materials, and other resources
- Generate and analyze management reports for productivity and compliance
- Cultivate positive relationships with department chairs and paralegal coordinators
- Direct and supervise direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Additional duties as directed

Qualifications

- and at least 3 years of experience supervising professional services staff in a law firm
- Corporate Paralegal experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels within the firm
- Professional demeanor and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel to other office locations as needed
