Experience: 2-4 years of design experience, preferably within a law firm, agency, or professional services environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support visual design and monitor Communications & Design inbox
- Communicate and collaborate with senior designers and manager
- Develop expertise in and advocate for the firm's visual brand
- Guide assignments from concept to completion implementation
- Assist in evolving creative processes and suggest new technology
- Use, update, and contribute to branded templates
- Perform basic editing for internal videos and podcasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design preferred
- Experience and knowledge of UX and UI design, HTML, CSS, offset printing, video editing, and animating graphic preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and client service skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
