- Seeking experienced Business Development Manager for Fenwick's Litigation practice
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across all areas of Litigation, including IP, Commercial, Securities, and Employment
- Collaborate with practice leadership and lawyers to develop and implement client relationship management efforts
- Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to identify cross-selling opportunities and pursue new engagements
- Manage high-profile RFPs and profile-raising efforts
- Mentor and manage junior BD colleagues
- Hybrid work arrangement with option to work from home and in designated office locations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 7 years of professional services BD experience, preferably with an understanding of technology industries and corresponding legal services
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or JD preferred
- Competitive salary range of $138,000 - $206,250, with potential for discretionary bonus
