Paralegal - Public Finance The candidate will interact with in-house counsel, opposing counsel, and local, state, and federal offices. Communicate with a wide variety of individuals in person, on the phone, and via email. Manage documents associated with bond transactions, handle real estate transactions, and title review. Prepare and publish legal notices, closing documents, and transcripts. Conduct thorough online legal research. Must have the ability to follow through on numerous ongoing projects in a busy environment, a high level of motivation, flexibility, and initiative. Must have exceptional oral and written communication, and organizational skills. Must have proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, and able to efficiently use technology resources. Must have strong proofreading and analytical skills to ensure top quality of legal documents. Substantial familiarity with bond, corporate, or real estate transactions.
