The position of Tax Senior in the National Federal Tax Services - Partnership Solutions Group is available in 57 locations. Position Summary:

Work Responsibilities:
- Refine skills by working with large-scaled operating partnership tax clients
- Diversify industry experience by working with various industries
- Deliver value to clients experiencing a public offering
- Interact with external counsel, underwriters, client executives, and capital market professionals
- Assist clients with public offering transactions
- Develop an understanding of the public monetization transactional process
- Create cutting-edge technology for partnership tax, data analytics, and user experience
- Implement strategic tax structures and processes
- Oversee complex tax computation projects
- Identify and communicate technical tax and service issues
- Participate in marketplace activities, recruiting, and process and technology innovation
- Identify service opportunities, manage client accounts, and advance Deloitte initiatives

- NFTS service offerings have been developed and built as a result of tax planning ideas, marketplace drivers, or technological innovations
- NFTS service lines provide tax planning for the largest organizations across all industries
- Operational Partnership Services (OPS) service line is a part of the Partnership Solutions Group within NFTS
- OPS professionals counsel privately-held and publicly-traded partnerships on various federal tax and issues
- Industries served include private equity, real estate, telecom, technology, healthcare, media & entertainment, energy, retail, and financial services

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
- 2+ years of experience in federal partnership tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field
- Numerical-problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio
- Fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrated research skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Active accreditation in CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or certifications in CFA or CFP
- Must be willing and able to obtain necessary accreditations
Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as MST, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience at Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Transaction and M&A experience
- Alteryx experience
