Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in corporate law to join our team in either Denver or Boulder, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. They must also have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading due diligence teams and managing specialists
- Drafting transaction documents
- Providing a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions
Qualifications:
- Three to six years of experience in corporate law
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and general corporate matters
- Excellent writing skills and superior academics
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
Salary Information:
- Anticipated initial annual salary range: $225,000 - $280,000
- Actual initial salary may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors
- Initial salary range is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys
