The Opportunity:
- Seeking a dedicated and proactive attorney to provide legal and business support for the Adobe Commerce business unit.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks.
- Full-time position based in the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with internal business partners to assess legal compliance and provide practical advice.
- Establish positive relationships with various business stakeholders and advise on legal and business issues.
- Work with subject matter experts in Adobe's legal department to analyze risks and support the business.
- Manage product launch processes and draft and negotiate agreements.
- Work closely with management to ensure successful prioritization.
What You Need to Succeed:

- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with, and interest in, privacy issues.
- Proficient at drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical background in software products, SaaS, or cloud-based services industry.

Salary Information:
- . pay range for this position is $140,000 - $266,500 annually, varying by work location and experience.
- Sales roles include total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), non-sales roles include base salary and short-term incentives.
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives.
