Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will work for a civil litigation firm. Should have 3+ years of relevant experience in defense of personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. Should preferably have experience in products liability, auto, trucking, general liability, and construction site accidents as well as a demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of pleading, discovery, deposition, ADR, and pre-trial responsibilities in both state and federal courts with minimal supervision.
