Polsinelli, a leading law firm, is seeking second-year law students interested in intellectual property and patent prosecution/litigation for our 2026 Summer Associate Program. This 10-week program is open to students in Kansas City, St. Louis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, and Denver.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a second-year law student
- Must be patent bar eligible
- Must have an undergraduate degree in science or engineering (. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, biotech/life sciences)

Substantive Legal Experience and Personal Growth:
- Summer associates will gain valuable legal experience through training sessions, networking opportunities, and social events.
- Exposure to the firm's dynamic culture and commitment to excellence.
- Roles and responsibilities may include patent drafting and prosecution, litigation, licensing, opinion work, IPRs, ITC actions, IP portfolio support and strategies, trademarks, copyrights, and support for corporate deal work.
